Fixes and updates for Dynastystory [06/13/14]
- Whisper function is now fully working.
- Negative Exp fix.
- Ria in Henesys exchanges vote point for a yellow wish ticket.
- Megaphones added to Mia located in Henesys.
- The command @event opens up event warper NPC.
- All skill books are fully working.
- Mr Spiegelmann located in Kerning now trade your maple leaf for chairs ( Different Chairs every week)!
