I bought the 4-hour 2X Exp coupon for 2k NX but it does not work. I was wondering if I can get a refund for it.  Smile

Sure since we didn't tell anyone that it isn't working or not working and it should not be working for all server since they stated the rates. except for exp events and stuffs.
