Hello, my name is Joey (IGN: Geass and Sherlock) and I just recently saved up 12 vote points for a beryl weapon. However, upon checking about twenty minutes ago, the vote point npc said I had 0 vote points. I have not spent them on anything, and I am very confused as to what happened.

Can there be a way to get my vote points back? This has been a rather unpleasant surprise, and I wish to resolve to issue if possible. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
